The next issue of the bonds of AMFwas registered

The emission prospectus of guaranteed bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic has been registered by State Committee for Securities in 30 December, 2014. 

The main parameters of the emission are as following: 

-State registration number- AZ2009008686;
- Type of securities -guaranteed, interest-bearing;
-Form of securities- undocumented, named;
- Amount of the issue- 50 000 000 (fifty million) AZN;
- Number of loans- 50 000 (fifty thousand);; 
- Face value of a loan- 1 000 (one thousand) AZN
- Turnover time- 10 years, starting from placement date of issue the first bond;
- Annual interest rate on the bonds- 3( three) % ; So far, volume of bonds guaranteed with circulated state registration number AZ2009008686 is 50 million AZN.
