Over 1000 citizens improved living conditions under rent-to-own mechanism

The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) continues the process of registration and presenting of apartments under the rent-to-own mechanism. By signing rent-to-own contract, 1004 apartments have been presented to the citizens over the past period. 

It should be noted that at present, the Fund has 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments for rent in 7 different addresses in Baku, Sumgayit and Khirdalan. We reiterate that the apartments offered for rent by the Fund consist of complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments in the complexes have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combined device), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered.
