Next placement of guaranteed bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund has succeeded / 2014.04.28

There was held an auction on the issue of next 5 mln. AZN amount of interest-bearing, named, paperless bonds with a total amount of 40 mln. AZN of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund with a registration number AZ2008008685 at Baku Stock Exchange on April 28, 2014. The securities were offered for sale at current price.
There were 4 investors participating in the auction. Total amount of orders (51 174 000 AZN) has exceeded the offered amount and as a result the auctioned amount was totally distributed among investors.
