Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces the following purchases

The open tender associated with purchase of services on provide the supportive services for a number of information systems, servers and network equipments of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2014.

The open tender is consist on 6(six) lots:

Lot 1- “GNI Software” purchase oftechnical support services for automated accounting program;

Lot 2- The purchase of services related to technical support for software “Elecrtonic document circulation”;

Lot 3- The purchase services on technical support for “Electronic Mortgage System” ;

Lot 4- The support services of module system of Information exchange.

Lot 5- The support service for web-page (technical and translation services)

Lot 6- The purchase of supportive services of server and network equipment;

It can be allowed for division on Lots

The participation fees on Lots are as follows:

Lot 1 - 200 (two thousand) AZN;

Lot 2 - 50 (fifty) AZN;

Lot 3 - 200 (two thousand) AZN;

Lot 4 - 100 (a thousand) AZN;

Lot 5 - 50 (fifty) AZN;

Lot 6 - 100 (a thousand) AZN

 

The value of participation must be transfered to the following account of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

The applicants must submit the following documents:

  1. Application for participate in Tender ( it must be written applications on each Lots);
  2. Bank document confirming the payment of the participation fee;
  3. The Tender offer;
  4. Approved by a notary public copies of documents about applicant's legal status and confirming the state registration (charter, state registration certificate or extract from registry, Tax ID.), the copies of documents, which are allow to determine whether there is VAT registration, bank details;
  5. İf the plaintiff is not legal entity, then he must submit the documents about the official consent of head office to the participate in tender and identify of authorized representative for submission of tender proposals;
  6. The document confirming authorities of a person, who has authority to sign the proposal and purchase contract ( the order about appointment to position);
  7. Bank statement about situation of the last financial year of bidder's action;
  8. Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the bid price (The form attacted to set of main terms; the guarantee of tender offer is required on Lot 1, Lot 3 and Lot 4);
  9. The reference about lack of taxes and other overdue compulsory payments in Republc of Azerbaijan;
  10. Required other documents and informations in set of main terms of open tender;

Any other informations, which are confirm the quality of bidder's services, may be added too.

Collection of main conditions on tender and a document confirming the payment of the participation fee (receipt) can be obtained from the coordinator with submitting.

The sealed and signed proposal envelopes on tender will be taken until on April 17, 2014 at 06:00 pm, and all other required documents until on Aprel 04, 2014 at 06:00 pm will be taken by the police in the administrative building located in Baku Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, Bul-Bul Avenue 40. The envelopes received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Envelopes on proposition will be opened at 03:00 pm on April 18, 2014 in the administrative building of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.
