THE NEXT PLACEMENT OF AZN 100 M. BONDS OF MCGF WAS HELD

An auction was held for placement of AZN 25 m. of interest-bearing, named, paperless, provided bonds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 17, 2020. The bonds were fully placed.

The prospectus of the placement of interest-bearing, named, paperless mortgage bonds was registered by the Azerbaijan Central Bank on July 2, 2020. The total amount of emission is AZN 100 m. The face value per bond is AZN 1000 with 3,25% interest rate.

According to the prospectus of the placement, the placement was held at the BSE by auction method.
