THE LAST PLACEMENT OF AZN 100 M. MORTGAGE BONDS OF MCGF TO BE HELD

An auction will be held for placement of AZN 25 m. interest-bearing, named, paperless, provided bonds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 11, 2020. The auction price per bond will be AZN 1008,0833.

The prospectus of the placement of interest-bearing, named, paperless mortgage bonds was registered by the Azerbaijan Central Bank on February 7, 2020. The total amount of emission is AZN 100 m.  The face value per bond is AZN 1000 with 3% interest rate. The first emission of bonds on the prospectus was placed on March 6.

According to the prospectus of the placement, the placement will be held at the BSE by auction method. The Depository and Trustee services will be provided by National Depository Centre of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
