THE NEXT PLACEMENT OF 110 M. AZN MORTGAGE BONDS OF MCGF TO BE HELD

An auction will be held for placement of 20 m. AZN of interest-bearing, named, paperless, provided bonds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 24, 2019. The auction price per bond will be 1 007,8333 AZN.

The prospectus of the placement of interest-bearing, named, paperless mortgage bonds was registered by Financial Market Supervisory Authority on June 25, 2019. The total amount of emission is 110 m. AZN.  The face value per bond is 1000 AZN with 3% interest rate.

 According to the prospectus of the placement, the placement will be held at the BSE by auction method. The Depository and Trustee services will be provided by National Depository Centre of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
