THE FIRST TRANCHE PLACEMENT OF AZN 65 M. BONDS OF MCGF WAS HELD

An auction was held for placement of AZN 50 m. of interest-bearing, named, paperless, provided bonds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 14, 2022. The bonds were fully placed.

The prospectus of the placement of interest-bearing, named, paperless mortgage bonds was registered by the Azerbaijan Central Bank on April 1, 2022. The total amount of emission is AZN 65 m. The face value per bond is AZN 1000 with 3% interest rate.

According to the prospectus of the placement, the placement was held at the BSE by auction method.
