THE NEXT TRANCHE PLACEMENT OF AZN 65 M. BONDS OF MCGF TO BE HELD

An auction will be held for placement of AZN 15 m. interest-bearing, named, paperless, provided bonds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 2, 2022. The auction price per bond will be AZN 1 004,0833.

The prospectus of the placement of interest-bearing, named, paperless mortgage bonds was registered by the Azerbaijan Central Bank on April 1, 2022. The total amount of emission is AZN 65 m. The face value per bond is AZN 1000 with 3% interest rate.

According to the prospectus of the placement, the placement will be held at the BSE by auction method. The Depository and Trustee services will be provided by National Depository Centre of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
