THE MCGF HAS RENTED MORE THAN 200 HOUSES

The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) continues the process of registration and delivery of apartments under the rent-to-own mechanism. Over the past period, 299 citizens, who received the positive decision of the Fund, have already made thier apartment choices, and the rent-to-own contract has been signed with 213 of them. Today, there are 437 houses offered thorugh the mechanism, besides the ones rented.

It should be noted that the apartments offered for rent by the Fund consist of complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments in the complexes have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combined device), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered.
