ANOTHER RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX HAS BEEN ADDED TO RENT-TO-OWN APARTMENTS LIST

The list of residential areas offered to citizens under the rental mechanism has been expanded, and apartments in another residential complex have been included in the housing fund. The new complex is located on Lotfi Zadeh Street, Khatai district, Baku. Citizens are offered 132 apartments in the complex.

Monthly payments for apartments offered in the residential complex start from AZN 449. Monthly payments are calculated on very favorable terms, taking into account the cost of 4% per annum (including insurance) to the cost of the apartment. Currently, the rented residential areas on the Fund's balance sheet, including the new address, are located at 8 different addresses in Baku, Sumgayit and Khirdalan. Four of these settlements are in Baku, two in Sumgayit and two in Khirdalan. The proposed apartments are located in complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combi device), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered.  As soon as the documents are submitted to the Fund, the process of reviewing the application, making a relevant decision, formalizing the lease agreement and handing over the apartment to the citizen is completed within 3 working days.
