THE LİST OF APARTMENTS HAS BEEN EXPANDED THROUGH RENT-TO-OWN MECHANİSM

The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) continues the process of registration and delivery of apartments under the rent-to-own mechanism. Over the past period, 397 citizens, who received the positive decision of the Fund, have already made thier apartment choices, and the rent-to-own contract has been signed with 381 of them.

It should be noted that at present, the Fund has 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments for rent in 8 different addresses in Baku, Sumgayit and Khirdalan. Taking into account the demand of citizens, the list of residential areas offered for rent by the Fund in Sumgayit has been expanded. Thus, an additional 80 apartments have been included in the list of the "Bagcha Shahar" residential complex located in Sulh Street in Sumgayit. We reiterate that the apartments offered for rent by the Fund consist of complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments in the complexes have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combined device), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered.
