THE MCGF HAS LAUNCHED A NEW RENTAL CALCULATOR

The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has launched a new rental calculator on the official website (www.mcgf.gov.az) on rent-to-own mechanism. The new calculator will allow citizens who want to own a home under the rental mechanism to freely determine their ability to pay in advance.

Using the calculator, it is possible to get information about the address, number and area of ​​available apartments, as well as the monthly payment and prepayment in accordance with the term of the contract.

We would like to reiterate that the Fund has 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments for rent at 8 different addresses in Baku, Sumgayit and Khirdalan. The proposed apartments are located in complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combined heat and power plant), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered. The fund is currently in the process of registration and delivery of apartments under the lease mechanism with an obligation to sell. Over the past period, 545 apartments have been registered and handed over to tenants under the mechanism. Taking into account the needs of citizens, the Fund regularly expands the list of rental apartments.

As soon as the documents are submitted to the Fund, the process of reviewing the application, making a relevant decision, formalizing the lease agreement and handing over the apartment to the citizen is completed within 3 working days.
