MORTGAGE LOAN LIABILITIES OF MARTYRS OF THE PATRIOTIC WAR HAVE FULLY BEEN COVERED
As a result of shelling of our settlements and military positions by the military forces of the Republic of Armenia during the Patriotic War, which started on September 27, 2020 and lasted for 44 days and resulted in the victory of the victorious Azerbaijani army, there were civilians and servicemen among the killed and wounded. Among the martyrs are the names of the citizens who received mortgage loans at the expense of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the list of servicemen killed in the Great Patriotic War submitted by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 68 martyrs had liabilities on 70 mortgage loans the rest of amount of which equals 3.3 million. In accordance with the requirements of the "Regulation on provision of mortgage, including preferential mortgage lending at the expense of funds of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 940 dated June 22, 2016, these loans insured by life insurance companies. The loan obligations on all these loans have already fully been covered by the relevant insurers.
