Housing conditions of 1280 citizens have been improved

In 2021, the processes under the rent-to-own mechanism have been continued by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) to improve housing demands and conditions of citizens’. The number of apartments presented to citizens through the mechanism equals 867 that is more than twice compared to the last year. Overall, 1280 apartments have been rented so far.

70% of tenants are the young and young families whose average age is 35.

Moreover, over the current year the procedures under the mechanism have been simplified and fixed taxpayers have got the chance to rent an apartment.

It should be noted that at present, the Fund has 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments for rent in 7 different addresses in Baku, Sumgayit and Absheron. The apartments offered for rent by the Fund consist of complexes with a large yard for recreation of citizens, close to the main infrastructure facilities. All apartments in the complexes have been renovated to a high standard using new and modern construction materials, equipped with a combined heating system (including a combined device), water, gas and electricity meters, and property rights have been registered.

Monthly payments are calculated on favorable terms. Procedures are completed in short time - within 3 days and the apartments submitted to citizens.
