Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces the following purchases

The request for proposals associated with the purchase of stationery, inexpensive and household goods for Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

The value of participation in a procurement is 50 (fifty) AZN. The value of participation must be transfered to the following account of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

The applicant, who participate in procurement, must submit the following information about himself:

1. Application for participate in procurement;
2. Bank document confirming the payment of the participation fee;
3. Approved copies of documents about applicant's legal status and confirming the state registration (charter, state registration certificate,.), the copies of documents, which are allow to determine whether there is VAT registration, Tax ID, bank details;
4. The document confirming authorities of a person, who has authority to sign the proposal and purchase contract ( the order about appointment to position);
5. Bank statement about situation of the last financial year of bidder's action;
6. The reference about lack of taxes and other overdue compulsory payments in Republc of Azerbaijan;

Required other documents and informations in set of main terms of reguest for proposals;

Any other informations, which are confirm the quality of bidder's services, may be added too.

Collection of main conditions and a document confirming the payment of the participation fee (receipt) can be obtained from the coordinator with submitting.

The required documents on procurement (except for the tender offer) will be taken until on February 25, 2014 at 06:00 pm, and the tender offer in sealed and signed envelope until on March 06, 2014 at 06:00 pm will be taken by the police in the administrative building located in Baku Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, Bul-Bul Avenue 40. Envelopes on proposition will be opened at 03:00 pm on April 10, 2014 in the administrative building of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund. Applicants are invited to attend the opening of envelop by written notice to the authorized representative's name to procurement commission. In this case, the person must present a document certifying authority or power of attorney.
