The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MCGF) pays special attention to the study of regional and international experience in the field of its activity directions, as well as exchange of experience with specialized foreign mortgage institutes and credit guarantee funds. The cooperation between MCGF and Kazakhstan Mortgage Company still continues in this direction. 

In the framework of this cooperation respresentatives of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company have been closely acquainted with MCGF working activity on 4-5 December, 2019. The representatives have been informed about the Fund’s activity directions, terms of mortgage lending, accredited organizations for mortgage lending, new “electronic mortgage and credit guarantee system”, as well as citizens’ appeal to the mortgage loans through this system. It is noted that “electronic mortgage and credit guarantee system” has been set up on the contemporary technological platform and integrated to the new operational systems used in MCGF. 

The Kazakhstan Mortgage Company has been founded by the Central Bank of Kazakhstan Republic in 2000. The Company is an  effective  financial  operator  of  the  state  policy  in  the  field  of providing  affordable  housing  to  the  population  through  the mechanism of mortgage lending.
