Since the beginning of preparations for the establishment of rent-to-own mechanism, the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has been conducting regular surveys to study the needs and desires of citizens under the mechanism. In this regard, in order to speed up and further simplify the process of obtaining opinions and suggestions of citizens on the rental mechanism, the MCGF has added a section "Feedback and suggestions" on the official website (www.mcgf.gov.az). The mentioned section consists of “Questionnaire” and “Tenant Satisfaction” sub-sections.

Using the "questionnaire", citizens wishing to own an apartment under the rental mechanism will be able to indicate their requirements for living space (area, number of rooms, etc.), and opinions and suggestions on the apartments.

Letters from tenants received by the Fund are placed in "Tenant Satisfaction" section.

It should be noted that detailed information on the requirements for tenants, receipt of applications, their consideration, selection and registration of residential areas can be found on the website, by calling the "1549" Call Center or by contacting the Baku ASAN Kommunal Service No. 2 or Sumgayit ASAN Service Center, as well as the information on the use of EMCGS can be obtained reading the instructions posted in EMCGS.
